The loyal and longtime staff at Minichelli Dentistry has a combined total of over 100 years of service tending to all of our patients dental needs. We strive to make everyone feel welcome and comfortable when they step into our office. Our office is conveniently located on the corner of West 26th Street and Caughey Road. Brenda Lyle
Brenda has lived in Millcreek all her life, graduating from McDowell High School and Erie County Vocational/Technical School with a cretificate in basic bookkeeping and office procedures. She has worked in Dr. Minichelli's office for 31 years, starting as a receptionist with some dental assisting, and currently the office manager. She has watched the office evolve from a single dental practitioner to a multi-practitioner office with full family and cosmetic dentistry services. Brenda truly loves her job and the work that she does. She resides in Millcreek with her husband Bill and their daughter who is currently attending Penn State.
Virginia Collins
Virginia attended Fairview High School and went on to Edinboro University where she graduated with a degree in Dental Technology. She has worked for Dr. Minichelli since 1991. She lives in Millcreek with her husband Reese.
Shannon Johnson
Shannon graduated from Girard High School in 1990 and has been Dr. Minichelli's assistant since 1993. She resides in Girard with her husband Scott and their two daughters. She enjoys spending family time at camp, and she is involved in competitive cheerleading with her daughters.
Tracey Beveridge
Tracey graduated from McDowell High School and went on to Edinboro University where she received a B.A. in Psychology. She then went to Great Lakes and completed the Dental Assisting Program. She started working with Dr. Minichelli in 2000. She lives in Millcreek with her husband and daughter.
Debbie Redinger
Debbie started working for Dr. Minichelli in 2000. She graduated from Tech Memorial in 1979 in Dental Assisting and from West Liberty State College in 1983 with an A.S. degree in Dental Hygiene and a B.S. in Science. She also has 13 years of Pharmaceutical sales and management experience. Debbie and her husband Ed have two children. They enjoy spending time golfing and swimming when not working around the house.
Katie Hersch
Katie graduated from Villa Maria Academy in 2004. She then went on to receive a Dental Hygiene degree from the University of Pittsburgh Dental Hygiene Program. She has been with Minichelli Dentistry for over five years, and she loves her job. Katie thinks that being able to see her patients smile after treatment is the best feeling in the world. A smile is the best gift you can give someone!
Katie comes from a very large family which she loves being a part of and wouldn't be here today without them. She is an avid athlete who loves to work out and enjoys the outdoors.
